Vaneet Johal is a senior sales executive who works with CEO’s, executives and entrepreneurs to develop and implement sales strategies in the early stages of their business. Her passion is helping startups get it right from the start.

Her career spans over 20 years, working in sales for multi-million-dollar companies, as well as startup technology companies. Past clients include well known fortune 500 brands and large enterprise organizations.

During her time in the startup world, Vaneet noticed a pattern emerging when it came to developing sales teams and setting them up for success. There simply was no plan, no strategy and a “wing it” culture emerged. These oversights cost businesses time and money, missed revenue targets, high turnover and low team morale.
